We will replace any our dog crates if has a defect, a replacement will be shipped you upon receipt faulty item. If you are not sure or if you have any questions regarding a crate or carrier please contact us we will do our best answer your questions accurately if you are any doubt about size then do not purchase item until you are sure that you are ordering correct size item. All crate sizes stated web site are approximate we do not accept returns unless there more than a 3.5inch difference size stated either way. If you purchase incorrect sized crate you wish exchange you will be refunded cost crate less cost delivery a restocking fee 20%.
Delivery will be dispatched day payment has been received if within normal business hours if order received before 1.30pm. This excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays Bank Holidays. Although we use a next day delivery service please allow up 5 business days your dog crate arrive. For lost deliveries tracking information will not be issued until 3 business days have passed.
